I’m a former scientist who became a therapist. My background in science makes me look at things from a different vantage point. With that said, I collaborate with clients to uncover and discover their unique paths to wellness. I have the ability to communicate empathy and understanding to clients. I enjoy using humor in therapy and I am flexible and willing to tailor the treatment to each individual's needs.

For many of us, our trauma began with our family of origin. This contributes to many of the behavioral or emotional issues that we experience. Family conflict, behavioral and emotional issues, and trauma are areas of expertise.

My purpose is to break the stigma of therapy. Cultural and family beliefs may deter someone from seeking professional therapy to address mental health concerns. Everyone needs a safe space to talk about things that dwell in their hearts and minds.

I graduated from Seton Hall University in 2017 and obtained my Master of Counseling degree. Since graduating, I have worked for a local non-profit providing in-home family therapy.
