Through therapy, finding myself through my values and strengths, and looking deeper at my imposter syndrome, I entered the private practice world. I grew from a solo practice to eight therapist group practice in 8 months.

From Burnout to Soul Love Coaching
Small group coaching, which is a powerful way to receive personalized support and guidance as you navigate the process of healing from burnout and rediscovering your sense of purpose and fulfillment.
