It’s obvious someone has an anxiety disorder....

The above statement is completely false! There are so many people that have anxiety and can be extremely debilitating at times and it can be hard to tell just by looking at someone. High functioning anxiety is all of around us and is glamorized by family, friends, and employees as people-pleasing, overachieving, and overworking. Some symptoms of high functioning anxiety can be:
Fear of failure and striving for perfection.
Insomnia and fatigue.
The need to please others and difficulty saying no.
Tendency to dwell on past mistakes.
Nervous habits such as nail-biting, hair twirling, or leg shaking.
Constantly overthinking and overanalyzing.
So now what... instead of glamorizing this maybe we start to glamorize boundaries, saying no, and self-care.
