Woof... Boundaries.

In talking with clients many think that boundaries are this evil negative thing that should never occur. However, for us to stay in some sort of peace with ourselves boundaries are essential so we don't have a goddam breakdown. Some signs that your boundaries may need some support include:

-Feeling overwhelmed

-Resentment-Always the "helper"

-Emotional, mental, and/ or physical exhaustion

-People Pleasing

-Internally or externally running away from responsibilities


I encourage you to examine if you answered "yes" to any of the signs above and begin to identify relationships (family, friends, work, etc.) that may need your attention.
