Trauma Intensives for EMDR, Brainspotting, and

Somatic Therapy in Bethlehem, PA

In-person intensives in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania and online across Pennsylvania, Utah, and Washington.

You’ve Already Done the Talking

You’ve read the books.
Listened to the podcasts.
Tried to logic your way through the pain.

And your body still reacts like it’s happening now.

Maybe it was one moment that changed everything.
Maybe it was a lifetime of small, invisible moments that shaped who you had to become to survive.

Either way — you’re tired of surviving.

Trauma Intensives are designed for people who are ready to release what their nervous system keeps replaying — not by talking more, but by working directly with the body.

This is deeper work.
Not more sessions — just more space.

What Is a Trauma Intensive?

A white illuminated sign with the text "You're not lost, you're here" written in black, mounted on a wooden wall.

Trauma Intensives bring together EMDR, Brainspotting, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, and somatic therapy in focused, contained blocks of time — allowing your nervous system to do what it can’t always do in 50 minutes.

This work is:

  • Focused

  • Evidence-based

  • Nervous-system informed

  • Designed for real, lasting change

Healing doesn’t have to take months when the structure fits your system.

How We Work Together

Each intensive begins with a customized plan based on your goals, history, and nervous system.

We combine:

  • EMDR to reprocess stuck memories and beliefs

  • Brainspotting to access what words can’t reach

  • Sensorimotor Psychotherapy to bring the body back online

  • Somatic regulation tools to support safety and integration

This is not a one-size-fits-all protocol.
It’s collaborative, intentional, and tailored to you.

Why an Intensive Instead of Weekly Therapy?

Weekly therapy isn’t always the right container.

You may be here because:

Sessions end just as you’re getting somewhere

You’re ready for real change — not incremental progress

Your schedule doesn’t allow for consistent weekly appointments

A recent event disrupted your sense of stability

Traditional therapy hasn’t touched what your body is holding

Intensives offer continuity, depth, and momentum — without starting over each week.

Your Trauma

Intensive Options

7 Hour Intensive – $2,100

For when something happened. A single event or recent trauma that keeps looping.

You might recognize yourself if

  • You replay an incident over and over

  • You know you are fine but your body does not believe it

  • You have already done therapy but this piece still feels unfinished

We will focus on one clear target, move through it, and anchor your system in the present.

Ideal for single incident or adult related trauma.

For the stories that started early.

The ones that taught you to be small, perfect, invisible, or in charge.

You might recognize yourself if

  • You grew up walking on eggshells

  • You feel responsible for other people’s emotions

  • You love deeply but keep ending up disconnected or anxious

  • You understand your patterns but cannot stop repeating them

We will work slowly and deeply, combining attachment repair, body awareness, and bilateral processing to rebuild trust in yourself and your nervous system.

Ideal for childhood, relational, or attachment trauma.

13 Hour Intensive – $3,900

I do not accept insurance.
